Payment Options
Serenity’s Touch excepts e-transfer, visa and mastercard.
- For bookings a minimum of $150 in services per spa tech is required
- Travel/location fee depending on the location.
- $75 deposit due upon receipt for home parties.
- 50% deposit is due upon acceptance of services for corporate events.
- The Final Invoice is due upon receipt.
- Billing is completed 2 business days prior to your spa day.
- Deposits paid for future events are not refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards future bookings.
- For individual treatments, couples, and spa parties, we require a 48hour notice to change or cancel your spa day and/or spa services.
- Office hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Gratuities
There will be a 15% gratuity added to the invoice and there may be travel/parking fees, where applicable.
SPA Party Process
Our professional spa therapists will arrive early prior to the scheduled appointment time to setup your party. We setup the spa, we clean the spa area, we bring all spa equipment, products, sanitation products, nail files, nail polishes, sheets, towels, etc. Our team takes great pride in making your environment relaxing and professional.
Each client will receive their own nail file, and buffer to keep. Please advice us of any medical conditions at time of booking.
Liability
Our owner and staff are not responsible for accidents, product or makeup allergies, and clothing or property damage.
